Warranty & defects

Every Adjust Vape device carries a 30-day functional warranty against manufacturing defects. Device dead out of the box, won't charge, or stops pulling within the first week — we replace it.

Email service@adjust-vape.com with your order number, a 5-second video of the symptom (battery indicator, draw attempt), and your shipping address. Replacements ship same business day.

Authenticity verification

Got an Adjust device from a third-party reseller and want to verify it's the real thing? Send us a clear photo of the QR code on the back of the device. We'll cross-check the serial against the batch ship-out log and confirm authentic or counterfeit within 24 hours.

Wholesale & bulk orders

If you run a smoke shop, vape shop, or convenience store and you're interested in stocking Adjust Vape, write us with your business name, state-issued tobacco license number, and approximate monthly volume. We'll route you to our wholesale rep.

Before you write — quick checks

My order hasn't moved in 24 hours

USPS and UPS tracking updates are intermittent. A 24–48 hour pause without a new scan is normal in the first two days after dispatch, especially over a weekend. If 4 business days have passed since shipment with zero movement, email us — we'll re-ship.

Wrong flavor / wrong product arrived

Email us a photo of the device(s) you received and the packing slip — we ship the right item out same business day, no return of the wrong one required.

Device won't pull / no vapor

99% of "dead device" reports are fixed in two minutes — usually a stuck airflow ring or a USB-C debris issue. Walk through the fix guide first; if the device is still dead after that, email us with the order number.

I need to update my shipping address

If your order hasn't shipped yet (no tracking number yet), email us immediately with the order number and new address — we can swap it. After dispatch, the address is locked.
