Support & Warranty

The Adjust Vape carries a defective-on-arrival warranty against manufacturing faults. The device is a sealed disposable — there is no field-serviceable warranty period after first puff.

Defective-on-Arrival Warranty (7 Days)

If your device fails to function correctly within 7 days of delivery, we replace or refund at no cost. Covered defects:

  • No vapor from a fully charged device on first use.
  • Screen broken or unresponsive out of the sealed box.
  • Visible leak through the sealed retail box.
  • Coil failure (burnt taste from first puff) on a freshly opened device.
  • USB-C charging port damage out of the sealed box.

Not Covered

  • Drops, water exposure, physical damage from user handling.
  • Damage from charging with non-USB-C cables or non-standard adapters.
  • Normal end-of-life behavior (~40,000 puffs is by design).
  • Devices opened or modified.
  • Devices past 7 days from delivery.

How to File a Claim

  1. Email service@adjust-vape.com with subject "Defect — Order #[your order number]".
  2. Include brief description, flavor, and (if visible) a photo or short video.
  3. We respond within one business day. Most claims are resolved without requiring the device be returned.
